Seeking to become the greatest athletic sprinter of all time, Fionn Dionne agreed to a secretive experiment to massively enhance his speed by the sinister corporation Bionomics. After discovering their dark plans for him, he outed their malicious deeds to the world, but also exposed himself as a cheater.
