Lotte the Axolotl! I was doodling a few mermaid sketches and then I thought of doing a Merperson from some other species and I love those cute little frog things! 

The pictures of these cute little guys always show them with little tube bodies and my brain was like they look a little chubby with their little legs so Lotte was made! Also most fish have two little front fins and Axolotl have four legs so four arms seemed appropriate.   Also I love marina's colored fingertips in Splatoon2 so that became a thing.
