I promised myself I'll be making something like this, now here we are x3
This is Féonna as a Killing Floor 2 Flesh Pounder.

Don't worry, Féonna didn't get mutated or operated to get this form.
Much like the other Killing Floor 2 Zeds, it's a clone made with her genes which then got operated to have the metal bits.
Since it's a clone the Féonna Flesh Pounder will have no magic powers, another plus not to worry about.
Although.. that extra flesh masher on her tail may not look like too much fun.

I'm just really happy I finally get to play the game ^^
It's very action packed, badass, and another thing ..Dosh >:3
