Regina is already established here, but Virgina is a new character.

Much like Girl Lucario to Girl Gaomon, Virgina the Torracat is the Pokemon counterpart to Regina the Veemon. Where Regina is a busty, chubby comic nerd who became a super hero, Virgina is a busty, chubby, wrestling nerd who became a heel.

Despite working for Girl Gaomon, Virgina isn't so much evil moreso she just really, really likes playing the heel.

Virgina will likely stay as an occasional cameo like G.Lucario is unless she gets over.
