This picture is another cover for one of the chapters of the Blackfang Saga.

Here we have Rinji, with the help of shadow clones, leaping all the way up to the rafters of a factory that's been converted into a rave concert by one of the minions of the Blackfang Company, Jack (the Ripper) Benton. Jack is a highly skilled assassin and technological guru. He was also one of Rinji's key opponents on his way to taking down the leader of Blackfang, Skorn Blackfang himself.

Make no mistake, Jack is a force to reckon with. Both he and Rinji were about evenly matched in terms of raw battle prowess. Anyway, as far as the picture goes, the scenario is this. At first, there were lots of people around having been invited under the premise of enjoying a concert, which there was indeed all the makings of one: loud and heavy music, lights, lasers, and even cameras.

Rinji had to take Jack down before he could proceed on his mission to stop Skorn Blackfang, but with all these people, he was limited in what he could do. On the other hand, Jack had the home field advantage. So basically, to make the others realize that this was dangerous place to be, he brought them to their senses by leaping all the way up to the rafters with assistance from shadow clones, clung upside down to it with his chakra, and channeled his lightning chakra via Chidori Stream along the steel beams throughout the rafters, destroying all the lights one by one. Many electrical explosions occured and some of the lights themselves came crashing down from their housings. Within seconds, the entire building soon went completely dark.

This finally got the message across that this was not the place to be. Jack was none too happy that Rinji drove away his fans and their battle soon amped up (pun intended) all the way.
