This is the last of the classic Human Twilight posts that will be tacked up here, so after this one, they're gonna be shuffled in chronologically with the rest of my work!

I singled this one out, because I still remember how hard it kicked my ass. At the time with my inexperience, planning the composition was hard, painting the scenery took hours. HOURS. For something that simple. And I mean hours per session. Not sure how long, but it was truly a labor of love. But it's also one of the most showy scenes to date -- which is unfortunate. Should really devote some time to practicing conceptual and lineless painting, but I really have no idea where to start. Just overwhelming is all. ^^;;

So here we have it. Carousel Boutique. Still looks pretty good even without blood all over it, huh?
