I think this is my first Red vs Blue fanart. It’s everybody’s favorite disgruntled Freelancer, Agent Washington! My take on him, anyway. He’s out of his armor for Season 11 Reasons - not just because I can’t draw Spartan Armor. And if you’ve watched Season 11, you’ll have an idea of who he’s talking to.

I took a couple cues from Luke McKay here. In S10 we see the back of Wash’s head, so we know he’s blonde - but when Luke drew Wash helmetless, he gave Wash gray hair at the temples. I like that idea - given what Wash has been through, it’s only natural that he’d start to gray early.
