Boo Who is a depressed seal who is trying to make a career of being a clown. They think if they work as a clown that they'll become happier as a person. So far it has given them mixed results. It does make them happy, but only for a limited amount of time. Mainly when they are preforming in public. But behind closed doors, they are still sad. Hopefully they'll find happiness.
