I love that you broke the cardinal rule of "warm colors for the subject to make them stand out, cool colors for the background to recede" and reversed it and it works. Killer composition and use of perspective as usual!

I felt like harsh pink was the best color for a menacing searchlight/scanner/thingy (as the world itself + Ultra is mostly blue), making it so the place she's running to is softer in comparison. Glad it works!

The pink definitely adds to that air of tension so I think this was an excellent decision to use it as such.
