The third guy of FM's story is Neon Hexter. He is a musician who specializes in playing the shamisen.

It took quite some time to do the lines this time, but the real challenge was the shamisen on his back. Even though you only see the upper part of it, I am always surprised how difficult it is to draw a proper musical instrument. :/
