Does anyone remember August Christopher Walker of tumblr fame? Let me refresh your memories.

Yeah, that lad. He's another reoccurring character in Cop Story, a graduate of this fine educational establishment and a friend of Kevin. And also a major nuisance to the police force as of lately. Not because he's a delinquent, on the contrary, because he wants to help. You know, sometimes people get in this helpful mood so much that the best help you can possibly get is an absence of people in a helpful mood.

Anyway, I was going to make this huge scrapbook kind of thing with Walker around his friend, Chance, other police officers, etc but I guess I lost patience and decided to upload what I've done so far. Maybe next time.
