I want to make a toony cat fursuit, but I was having difficulty visualizing a cat's face in 3D. I sat down with some plasticine and a mess of reference pictures and sketched this out. There used to be much more prominent cheekbones, but that looked a little too feral. The line on the cheek is an approximation of where I'd cut it if I were doing resin.

Now for the ultimate question: Foam or resin? I've never done foam before, and I don't know if foam against my face would be annoying. I'd also like a moving jaw, if possible. I want to go bigger than my actual head, and I don't know if resin is good for that. Anybody have any thoughts?
