In someplaces on Mexico if you had a bad event or moment it´s common to hear from your friends: "Ya te cargo el Payaso" ("The clown get you") it´s a similar motto like "shit happens". But yeah, don´t try to understand how, when, who or what, it´s black humor & latin sarcasm.
