I'm kind of hesitant to critique just because it's not finished. But since you're asking~

I really think that upper-left needs something to develop the negative space. Looks like you plan for something there, but currently it leads my eye away from the Hairy Activity in the middle. I feel like the lower-left has s similar issue, just that it has eye gravity but not much to look at/lead you back.

Skull + Nose = ugh, it's killing me. But that's why it works.

I'd love to see more put into that hairy mass in the middle, it doesn't look like much yet, but it makes me think it's going to Be Something.

Color choices are nice and unsettling, and the texture is delightfully nauseating.
