This took me about 11 hours to complete from a 2D sketch to the 3D model you see right now. I tested out with some subsurface scattering with a nice hdri dome I bought online. I must say that out of all HDRI's I've tested in the past, this one captures the realism of sunset pretty well!.

I'm not sure if I want to rig this model as yet, though with the current polygons I have for it, it could be possible. It's just a matter of researching how to do that with some programs I bought specifically for rigging and animation. Maybe in the future, or maybe for another model I'll do.
