As a royal being, she can create living, intelligent ice beings.
Backstory: Moshie grew up appearing and acting like a normal wolf pup, however, noticed certain things that set her apart from the others, like the fact that she had ice powers, like her father, Kuyo. After her mother, Evie died of a rare sickness, her father, Kuyo abandoned her and her siblings as he was no longer able to care for them like they needed. The family rival pack finished the job when they rounded up her siblings and killed them all. Her brother, Wilffire sacrificed himself to save Moshie; however, the pack gave chase to the small blue pup. Still unable to use her ice to defend herself or her family, she relied on her speed, which got her away from most of the pack, but Kio, the alpha male was determined to end his rivals era. He cornered her when she ran out of breath, however, a nearby wolf saved her. After introducing herself as Oregino, she took Moshie under her paw and taught her how to defend herself, and survive. Along her journey, Moshie met and befriended several canines and other beings before learning of her true self. Her father, King Bytor, came to see his daughter, and explain everything that had led up to this moment, how Kuyo was only her Guardian, and that she was actually a princess. He then took her and her friends to her home world to show her all that was hers, and how her kind was, loyal, kind, caring, loving, smart, strong, etc. He then taught her how to use her powers in ways she never thought possible. Even to create a portal to visit her home world at any time. Now, Moshie works on bringing goodness to Earth and all it's inhabitants, while loving her family, friends, and pups.
