Kyurem, plain and simple - the one with the most ice, euuuhhhhh
It's such a lopsided dragon, spikes on one side of its jaw, horn broken in half, and one of its wings is smaller than the other - which I always thought to be a weird sprite perspective thing, but nope.
Also its jaw is frozen shut. That's gotta suck
