Pokeddex Challenge for December - Day 9
Today’s challenge was your favorite ghost type. It was a huge toss up between Cofagrigus and Gengar to be honest. I really love that it has four “limbs”. I’m not completely happy with how this one turned out, but it was fun nonetheless.

Interestingly enough, I've been watching some Pokemon X/Y battles, and one of them had a Cofagrigus.
They look absolutely wicked, but from what I gather, they are only useful as Ability-killers. Their Mummy ability displaces all other Abilities. So they got sent in as a sacrificial lamb, giving their opponent (Dodrio!) a Mummy before getting a one-hit knockout. The Dodrio gives the Mummy back to the opponent and then gets knocked out. The Dodrio's trainer sends in their best Pokemon (Ampharos), Mega-evolves them...
...and promptly gets the Mummy right back. They end up losing the match. Even Gengar was of no help once Mummy put them behind.
Contrast Dodrio and Cofagrigus: One's a generalized melee hard-hitter with neither a lot of weaknesses or strengths save their speed. One's a very flashy Pokemon with one useful ability, which can be either utterly useless or a match-winnter.
And art wise? I think you did just fine. If nothing else, Cofagrigus is CREEPY, and this looks the part!
