I'm OK with the glass I think, and I'd rather leave it as it is than try (ineptly) to P-shop it out. Drawings I can just about get away with retouching, but not photographs.

Excellent shot.
One idea, though - maybe photoshop a uniform background into the circle behind Comos' head as the glass distracts slightly ( only slightly ) from the composition.
