This is so, so cute.

It's Iye as a kitten in the 14th century, being...a bobcat. Stalking his favorite toy, focused, doing the prelaunch wiggle probably right before striking with his "spear" stick...or just pouncing to grab and kick on it.

I love the design cadmiumtea gave his gourd bunny-toy, ears of shells or leaves, stem for a tail. It looks like something his people would truly have made for him, and hopefully it's durable enough to stand up to a tumbling bobcat kitten!
