I haven't wanted to make an RCC rat pet for fear of it coming off as too self-serving, but my discord brought up a good point, saying "Kirara, you're not the only one who likes rats" and by gosh they're right. Plus, Ori has been bugging me for 3895734 years to make a bat pet. While not technically a bat, both themes combined made the perfect Halloween RCC for October!
