The thing about keytars is, if one falls out of the sky and you get it working again then suddenly out of nowhere a band of interstellar laser dinosaurs shows up and asks if you want to play keytar for them and maybe save a few planets from doom while you're at it.. first you have to know how to keytar, and second you have to look the part!

Or maybe they're laser dragons! That would be fine too.
