So I love making Maquettes, they're really useful to me especially when making fursuits. They help me figure out shapes and colors better than any other format because I think in 3D.

This was an expirement, I started by sculpting a human form and then made a mold and cast it in resin: [ http://www.furaffinity.net/view/108.....che=1371526999 ] this gives me a good human armature to start with. Then I sculpted over the top with sculpey, baked and painted it. They expirement was a success and will be available to get as a commission as part of my design service with   applemonsterstudios Instead of doing artistic freedom commissions, you can commission me to design you a character withing parameters (species and/or colors). the design service involves several itterations of the character, a character sheet like this one: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/10108786/ with the option of adding a maquette like this one! Then the character is given a quote for the fursuit like normal.
