This is a slug plushie with guts! I have made two realistic slug plushies before, https://www.furaffinity.net/view/11405829/ (first) and https://www.furaffinity.net/view/12073744/ (second), so this is version 3. This time I changed the proportions and made it longer. I also made the guts a slug has and filled it with them. I think I got all of them in there (there are more than you can see in the pictures). The breathing hole is a real hole, the anus, mouth and genitals, too. The structure is made with hot glue and acrylics.

It is overall very soft and squishy. And about 60-70cm long.
