The part that I worked on for my group's Garde Manger final practical. This is just a simple bruschetta canapé that consists of:
dark rye bread, mozzarella cheese, diced tomatoes, white pepper, salt, dried oregano, olive oil, garlic powder, and chiffonade basil.
Prepared into mouthful-sized portions, this tasty lil' morsel is a great item to have for any cocktail party you're putting on!
