We find our victim straying out of his usual daily route to a new cigar shop that's moved into town just a week before. Mel had always had a strange affinity toward cigars growing up. He's only tried them once or twice, but their unmatched influence had always been a great draw to him. To see such large and imposing men sporting these instruments, not like an accessory, but almost an extension of their bodies, had always appealed to him. He tried to live that lifestyle. Tried to become like those men of great stature, but he never could manage to get the hang of the activity itself. Every attempt was met with a cough, a sputter, and another smoldering cigar soaking in the sink.

But he felt that this new store was a sign. He wouldn't give up hope just yet, as he pushed past the usual blends. He reached the back finding a new brand that he'd never seen before. Knowing the blends of tobacco by heart now, he looked upon this package, and didn't recognize the strain. The region even, seemed like something from another world.

Having nothing to lose, he decided to explore further. But once that box was cracked open, an amazing plume burst over his form, blurring his vision and disorienting him for a few seconds. He staggered back, trying to get his bearings, as he hacked and coughed out from the pungent air which filled his lungs. His head seemed a bit fuzzy, and his body seemed almost constricted, as his form finally began to shift into the large and powerful figure that he'd always desired to become. His form grew as he moved back, widening his stance as his figured grew wider and softer, fur growing over his arms and middle, as his hair began to grey. Taking on an almost distinguishing white as fur grew on his cheeks like makeshift mutton chops as he staggered back toward the table; trying to figure out what exactly had triggered the shifty humidor.
