Once, the Dreamspinners painted beautiful dreams on the canvas of the subconscious. They never imagined that their pure world could ever be violated by outside forces. But as BCI technology, FTL commnets, AI and superclouds grew into what would eventually form the galactic dataflow, the lines of individual consciousness began to blur. The Corporation paid the poor to rent out their sleeping brains for "cloudsolving," and who could possibly say no to that? Only the Dreamspinners saw the real danger. Only they could clearly glimpse the daemons infecting the dreams of the willing. Now to avoid capture by the Corporation, Krinele and Molly must hide in the infinite underground of the galactic subconscious, moving through both the troubled dreams of living souls and the stranger dreams of machines. Wherever they go, they must seed visions of a world free of tyranny, in the hope that the sleepers might wake and make those dreams real...
