Commentary:
If you're wondering, yes, this is the same river that Lubo fought Volker at. It took me a bit to figure out a decent enough reason for them to come to this location specifically, but I think this should suffice. Anyone could walk in on them at the beach, especially those who already know they frequently go there. Auda's reasoning in the final panel was actually what solidified them coming here.

Holy crap this is the first time I've actually had a character wonder about the status of Auda's mother. You all probably know what that could mean for the future.
