Commentary:
Now we jump a bit further in time, indicated Mako's weight gain as well as his new vet that was not on the previous page. He's also wearing a bandanna with a different pattern than the others, match Orhan.

The vest is basically a thing for members to wear if they have a known power, like Lydia. Cane does not wear one either by them not knowing he had a power when he was in the group, or he simply just ditched it after leaving the group. Shoro (who's not in this group during this flashback) has one, but he did not get time to change into it during his betrayal of the police.

The reason that Mako's bandanna now matches Orhan can probably be inferred based on what Orhan is saying and doing in this page. Lydia and Shoro do not have that pattern on their bandannas.
