Commentary:
SURPRISE! Anyone remember this guy from way back in chapters 6 and 7? He hasn't had a chance to canonically mention his name yet, but his name is Cane. His reason for being here might be a bit confusing to anyone who remembers him, but it'll make sense in a bit.

The "victims" in panel 5 have their faces uncovered (well not counting the bandannas for the thieves), but Lydia's mouth is covered by this green stuff because she has her wind power that involves her mouth.
