This is the second place prize for Tiberius_Blackthorn on FA from the raffle I held a week or so ago.
Originally it was going to be a flat color bust shot but I upgraded it to a 3/4 shot. 9w9

This was my first picture done in Paint Tool Sai as well as the first otter I've ever drawn x)
