The Rolling Tides

Venio sighed as he walked back to his house. Another day, another interview… Hopefully this one would result in a job. The large draconic taur, adorned with a mix of red, black, and purple scales, paced up to his driveway, stretching out his upper half, trying to relax as he made his way home. Stopping at his mailbox, he opened up the hatch and peered inside.
As usual, there was a jumble of various sized letters. He pulled them out and sifted through them as he walked to his house’s large double-doors, specially fitted for a taur like him. Junk, junk, bill, junk… No acceptance letters today. Venio sighed as he flipped through the last of his mail, opening the door and padding inside.
Once home, he finished sorting his mail as he got up on his couch, made extra large for a taur to lay all his legs on. He curled up, flexing his wings and curling his tail, as he looked at the last letter in the pile.
It was a yellow envelope, with bold words on it: “YOU’VE WON!” Venio grimaced, trying to recall if he entered anything… He eventually figured it out, making him emit a gasp of joy. Was it what he thought it was?
He quickly tore open the letter with his claws, getting at the paper inside. As he did so, a small piece of paper tumbled out next to him. Looking at the letter inside, Venio’s face lit up with a smile.

Venio signed in bliss as he finished reading the letter. He had won! Seemingly ages ago, he applied for a chance at getting into the new resort. Now, he was going for their grand opening! He couldn’t be any happier as he re-read the letter. Letting out a happy yip, he practically jumped off the couch, landing on the floor and picking up the plane ticket that got dropped. Looking at it, it checked out… Tomorrow, he would board a plane from the local airport… To the far-away resort, The Rolling Tides. They even bought him two seats to account for his tauric body! Venio was the happiest dragontaur in the world.
He smiled and whooped once more. No more worrying about a job… For the next week, he’d be relaxing in the sun, having the time of his life! He started running around his small home, cheering.
After the joy had worn down, Venio realized he’d have to pack. He rummaged around in his closet, looking for his old suitcase. He hardly ever used the thing these days… After a bit, he got it out, blowing off the dust. He then looked through his closet for good shirts. He found some nice Hawaiian shirts he hadn’t worn for a while, as well as some other t-shirts of his, and a few muscle shirts. All good for lazing around in! Next up, he went into the bathroom, and threw in whatever he needed. Toothbrush, claw sharpener, horn polish…
The rest of the night was spent throwing together what he wanted to bring with him. It was a series of hard decisions. Should he bring movies to watch? Should he bring his own towels? What about his beach ball? Eventually, he managed to zip up his suitcase, done for the time being. Sighing, he set the heavy suitcase next to his large, circular taur bed, and stretched. Tomorrow was going to be a huge day… He curled up into his bed, took off his dress shirt, and closed his eyes. He was almost too excited to sleep, but eventually sleep he did.

The next morning was a bit of a rush for the dragontaur. His departure was an early one! He grabbed his suitcase, put on a comfortable shirt, and found his plane ticket. Strapping the suitcase to his back, Venio made his way for the double doors of his home.
He’d fly to the airport, but he’d been out of shape for a long while. He was once a very fit dragon, but after a long period of unemployment, he really didn’t go to the gym any more. As a result, he was more than a bit chubby. His arms sagged, muscle buried under a bit of fat, and his belly poked through the bottom of his shirt. Even his haunches wobbled a bit as he walked. He had long since come to terms with his size… He even thought it was a little nice to have the extra padding…
… Except for right now, when he had to walk all the way to the airport. Venio made his slow way down to the outskirts of the town, where the local airport was. He was lucky to have one in his city. He thought, as he tried to walk as briskly as possible down the street. He’d have to get someone to drive him if it was any further away.
After a walk much longer than Venio liked, he arrived at the large airport terminal. Once inside the lobby, he padded up to reception, getting in line. Of course, he could hardly wait, making this wait even worse! But eventually, he got to hand the receptionist, a cat, his ID and his ticket. The ticket was quickly exchanged for his boarding pass, and after some forceful squeezing through the anthro-made turnstyle, he made it through.
“You’re first class. Your flight is at C5, just over there.” she said as he left. ” And hey! I see you’re going to The Rolling Tides. Wish I could go there right about now. Have a good time!”
Venio nodded in agreement and left for the waiting area. After a walk through the long airport building, he got to his terminal. Unstrapping his luggage from his back, he gave it to the ticket agent waiting for him, who measured it, nodded, and put it on the conveyor belt leading to storage. He was waved through into the waiting area. There was a lot of seating, but chairs mattered none for taurs; he just sat his lower body on the floor, waiting for the flight.
He looked around him, wondering if anyone else was here for the same reason he was.He couldn’t tell… But maybe that one red wolf back there, grinning widely, was. Why else would you be happy in an airport? Venio’s thoughts were interrupted by an announcement. “First class passengers, please line up to board.”
That was him! He got up and padded into line. Soon enough, he was outside, walking up the steps into the plane. Inside, the plane looked nice… A little cramped, but nice. He immediately spied a place where two chairs, in two consecutive rows, were recently removed. That must be where his seat was reserved, Venio thought with a snort. Sure enough, his boarding pass told him that those were his seats. He went over and sat down, sitting between the other chairs and the cabin walls. At least he had a good view, he thought, as he looked out the window.

It was a long flight, all the way to the equatorial resort. Venio was very glad when the airplane finally touched ground once again! Once the plane landed and he was told to disembark, Venio got up, stretching and flexing his wings. The stiff dragon walked to the front of the plane and walked down the steps.
He got his luggage from the belly of the plane, strapped himself back up, and walked out of reception into the world outside. There was a whole lot of cars, taxis and limos there, with a lot of people waiting. Venio looked around in wonder. Where was he supposed to go…?
After a few minutes of searching, he saw what he was looking for. A german shepard, donned in a well-fitting suit, held a namecard in front of him reading “VENIO DARCONY”. That was him! Venio trotted over to the chauffeur.
“Hello! I’m Venio.”
“Ah, hello, Mr. Darcony. I have been told to bring you to The Rolling Tides. Shall we leave now?”
“Please do.” he replied. Here it goes! He was going to the resort of his dreams! He couldn’t be any more excited as the chauffeur opened up the back of the car. Venio hopped in, noting the lack of back seats, and got himself comfortable as he was driven to his destination.
As he drove, the chauffeur engaged in small talk. “Mr. Darcony, you must feel very lucky to be able to come here.”
“Oh, I am!” Venio smiled. “I really needed this vacation.”
“Good to hear. We’re glad to have you for our grand opening. Our preparations for this day have been… Large.”
“I bet! Can’t wait.”
“We have a... Growing number of things to do, so that is certainly reasonable.” Venio though he heard a chuckle come from the stoic driver, but he couldn’t tell. “Anyways, Mr. Darcony, we are here. Allow me to show you to your room.”
Venio stood up as the car door opened, allowing him to step out and into The Rolling Tides. He gazed in awe as a beautiful sunset highlighted the tropical resort! He found himself right below huge, arching gates, looking towards him at an expanse of lush palms, beautiful beach houses, and a sparkling ocean in the distance.
He couldn’t help but take in all the views as his chauffeur led him to where he was going to be staying for the night. It was already looking to be a lovely place! He gazed in awe at the huge doors leading to to the resort’s hotel. Going in, everything was so spacious… The lobby, the halls, even the doors were larger than life!
“Here are your room keys, Mr. Darcony.” his chauffeur said, handing him the keys. “And here is your room. Please, enjoy your stay, and don’t be afraid to call room service.” With that, he left, leaving Venio to open the wide door to his room.
What a lovely room… With a large, soft bed at least twice his size! He yawned, unstrapped his luggage, and got himself comfortable on that plush seat. It was like resting on a cloud… Oh, he could get used to this, Venio thought, as he drifted to sleep.

** DAY ONE **

Venio was fast to get out and about after waking up for his first day at The Rolling Tides. Venio put on a Hawaiian shirt, got ready, and was out the door as fast as he could go. Once out of the hotel, he looked around himself in wonder. What to do, where to go…
As he walked, he felt his upper stomach growl. Looks like he needed breakfast… Venio was eager to comply with his gut after seeing a sign reading “THE ROLLING BUFFET”. Looks like they were open, too! He padded into the posh’s building’s wide doors.
He walked in to find a cozy-looking place with long tables and a few people eating happily. In front of him was a counter with a waiter, who perked up upon seeing the dragontaur. “Ah, welcome to the Rolling Buffet! Please, go on in, get comfortable. Breakfast is being served as we speak.”
Venio took his seat at the end of a long table, licking his lips. After a few minutes of waiting, he gasped as a small crew of waiters came in bringing many plates, stocked high with breakfast! He saw eggs, toast, sausages of many kinds… They seemed to have it all as they placed the plates in the center of the table. They then handed everyone present their own plate, still empty.
“Enjoy!” one waiter said to Venio, before the receded back into the kitchen. At that, Venio leaped up, plate in hand, and went around the table, reaching towards the center to grab what he wanted. A thick stack of pancakes, drenched in syrup, with a heaping of eggs on top… The perfect first course, Venio thought, as he sat down at the table’s edge, digging in with speed.
His mouth exploded with flavor as he took his first bite. So rich and thick… He began to gobble down his first plate. Pancakes and eggs alike were soon gone, leaving him patting his belly in satisfaction.
Now to fill that larger, lower stomach, he thought, as he grabbed his second plate. This time, he grabbed toast, home fries, and a whole bunch of thick breakfast sausage. Munching on that as fast as he could, Venio let out a small belch, feeling perfectly at home with all this delicious food. Looking around him, the other buffet-goers were having the time of their lives, too!
Venio got up for his third plate… Then his fourth plate… A dragontaur like him could hold a lot of food, especially at his weight. Waffles were next, then crepes… Everything breakfast was here, Venio thought, as he devoured his fifth plate. As he ate, the many plates heaping with food diminished, until everyone had finally depleted the buffet.
Venio laid on his side, groaning. He had simply gorged himself silly. Both of his stomachs stuck out noticeably now, processing all that food he stuffed in them. As he gave his lower belly slow, gentle rubs, he watched the staff take the plates away.
“Breakfast is now over. We hope you enjoyed! Please get ready for lunch.”
Venio mrrphed in surprise. Was it already lunchtime? Looking through the window, the sun looked right above him. Well, if it was time, he guessed he had to get some lunch… It seemed the various people eating with him also agreed, as few of them left at this point.
In less than a minute, the waiters came out again, arms loaded with more plates. Plates loaded with sandwiches, with cheeses, and with salads! What an interesting buffet, Venio thought, as more plates were laid in the center of the table.
He shrugged and got up, being careful of his sloshing belly, grabbing his plate and getting more to eat. Skipping past the salad, he went for the sandwiches first, grabbing some thick-looking ones, loaded with a bunch of things, some of which he couldn’t even recognize! He moaned as he bit into the first one, and a cornucopia of flavors hit his taste buds. They were all eaten in quick time!
After a few plates of lunch, Venio felt more bloated than ever. But he wanted to keep going… It was all free, of course. He took plate after plate of tasty food and hardly even chewed as he swallowed it right down. This seemed to go on forever… Venio didn’t mind at all, actually. But he sighed as the food ran out once again, leaving him groaning and full.
“Lunch is now over. Time for dinner, so enjoy!”
At this point, most of the buffet-goers had left… But not Venio. His stomach groaned, feeling packed and tight, but he somehow wanted more! He felt uncomfortable as he got up, lower stomach lightly brushing the ground, and went over to the table where more plates were being delivered.
Chicken, steak, pasta, and more was lined up for him, and he took a huge, heaping plate. Tearing into the meat, sauces dripping, Venio couldn’t help but eat and eat. He found himself getting another plate… Then another…
When dinner was finally gone, Venio was left a mess of a bloated dragontaur. He laid on his side, stretched out, feeling just how full his belly was. Oh, he really overdid it, he thought, as he struggled to get up. After a few moments, he managed to right himself, and waddled his way out the door quickly, lest they serve him another meal. Luckily, the doors were as wide as they were, easily letting his swollen form though.
He let out a huge burp as he walked back to his room. Once again, the sun was setting, giving a beautiful view… But Venio had his eyes more on his own belly. It shook uncomfortably as he walked, making him stop to rest multiple times along the way. Digestion was going to be slow, he thought, as he paced into the hotel and to him room.
He passed easily through the wide doors and flopped onto his bed, sighing in bliss as his stomach met the soft material. He felt a food coma coming on… All in all, he thought, this was a good first day, even if it was mostly just eating. As he rubbed his swollen stomach and groaned, he found his eyelids growing heavy, so he quickly tucked in for the night, falling asleep with speed.

“So, how are the guests doing?”
The grey-scaled dragon anthro, sitting at his executive office desk, waited for his secretary’s response, who was standing before him. After a moment, it came. “Good, sir! Average weight gain of 150%.”
“And to think, this is only the first night!” He rubbed his curled horns and chuckled. “We’re quite on track. So… Tell everyone to keep working as usual.”

** DAY TWO **

Venio woke up with a groan and a stretch. Looking forward to another day, he tried to get on his feet… But he flopped back on his side when it was harder than he expected! He quickly figured out why…
He was now, to put it lightly, fat. His eyes flew open as he felt the new pudge all over his body. His torso now sported a sizable gut, sagging over his waist and spilling over his front. Two huge moobs were on top of that gut, noticeable among the flab. His arms wobbled when he moved them, feeling his lower body now. His lower stomach had a few extra inches of softness, allowing him to press in quite far, his flank sloshing. As he got up for real this time, he felt his new gut press tightly against his flabby legs, forcing him to walk slower than usual. That buffet really had an effect on him!
He groaned, and tried to put on his shirt. The button-up Hawaiian shirt hardly fit now, his black and purple gut showing through the pulled material, buttons straining. It certainly didn’t cover up all of that belly, which was free to slosh around as he moved. Sighing, he waddled out the door for another day of sun and fun.
He decided he should get some fresh air today. He certainly didn’t in that buffet yesterday! So the obvious choice was to head down to the beach, those sands and those deep blue tides looking irresistible. Soon, he felt hot sand underfoot as he made his slow way to the beach.
Sand dragged across his lower gut as he sighed in bliss. It was so nice and warm… He found a nice spot, close to the crashing waves, and laid down, letting the sun soak into his scales. Sprawling out on his side, he felt the warmth soak through his pudgy middle and spread to the rest of his body. Now this was the life… He nodded off as he sunned himself on the sands.
Venio yawned and stirred. THis was nice, but he was getting a little overheated. He hadn’t considered how much insulation he had now… So what to do? The answer was obvious for him. He got up slowly, stretching his wings and yawning again, and waddled over to the shore. He hissed in pleasure as he felt that cool water lapping against his claws… He unbuttoned his tight shirt, setting it down where it would stay dry, and waded into the ocean, getting pulled in by the waves.
He pushed forwards into the water, feeling it come up to his flank, and then his waist. He was first hit by how light he felt… After feeling so heavy, it was hard for him to remember that fat floated! He smiled and pushed into the ocean, soon, swimming around in delight. He bobbed his torso under the water, splashing around and cooling off nicely.
He had swam before, but it never felt so great! As heavy as his fat normally made him feel… He was glad he had it, he thought, as he swam around. He wanted to be even fatter now, perhaps… It just felt right to him as he sighed in bliss.
He figured a few more days here would help him with that. If after one day, he gained so much weight, he figured his time here would do wonders. And so he floated around in the ocean for what felt like hours.
It was well past midday when Venio started to get fatigued. With a slow sigh, he paddled his way to shore, mrrphing as he felt sand between his toes once more. He waddles his way out of the water, shaking himself to get some of the salty water off; he only managed to make his fat wobble and shake more, but it felt right. He made a quick trip to the outdoor showers to clean and dry off, then it was back to his room for him. It wasn’t quite sundown yet, but he felt like another nap.
Waddling his way inland, he look around him at the resort. There were only a few people out and about… And, stranger yet, he didn’t see a single skinny being among them. A fat deer, a fat lizard, a fat red wolf… Wait, didn’t he know that person?
He sloshed his way over, waving at the red wolf. “Hey! We were on the same flight.”
The red wolf turned to face Venio. The dragontaur noticed quite quickly that his friend here had gained weight- A lot of it. He now sported a paunch, currently round and stuffed, and a thick layer of fat, softening all his features and thinning out his fur. “Oh, yeah! We were! What’s- UURP!- going on with you?”
“Enjoying myself!” Venio grinned. “And I see you’ve been enjoying the food around here.”
His friend giggled and poked Venio’s fat belly, making it wobble. “Yeah, so have you! Boy, this place is wreaking havoc on our waistlines.”
Venio chuckled. “Totally! But hey, I’m enjoying it.”
“I know, right? I don’t know why, but I’m liking it, too. Kind of creeps me out, to be honest.”
“Creepy? I quite like it...” Venio sloshes his belly around a bit. It felt good to be able to do so…
The red wolf laughed. “Well, you do you, bud. For now, I gotta get to the buffet before it closes. See you later!”
Venio shrugged, said his goodbyes, and waddled down to his hotel room. Amazingly, the doors were still wide enough to accommodate him. The designers must have thought with more lardy guests in mind, he thought, as he sloshed his way into his hotel room, and onto his bed.
As he laid down, sprawled out, and closed his eyes, he was jolted by a loud rumbling noise, coming from both his stomachs at once. He groaned, getting up. Maybe it was time to give room service a try…
He grabbed the phone off of the wall and held it to his ear. “Hello, room service.”, the voice on the other end said.
“Ah yes, can you bring me...” He licked his lips as he thought. He was feeling gluttonous, and all expenses WERE paid… “One of everything on the menu.”
Much to his surprise, the person on the phone expressed no hesitation or shock whatsoever. “Right away. Expect you first meal to arrive in 15 minutes.” Venio grinned, licked his lips, and set the phone down. Now this was going to be a meal…
Only a few minutes later, he heard a knock on his door. “Room service.”
Grinning, Venio opened the door… And there was the hotel staff member, with what Venio could only describe as a procession behind him. A half-dozen hotel workers, all wheeling in carts, each one jam packed with plates upon plates of food.
Venio’s eyes widened as he backed up, letting the hotel staff wheel their goods inside his room. So much food… He had a feeling he was going to eat it all as the hotel staff nodded and left, closing the door behind themselves and leaving him with 6 carts of food.
He hardly knew which cart to tear into first. After moments of agonizing choice, he picked the one closest to him. He dragged the cart closer to his bed and ate right off of it, starting with a large, juicy steak. He moaned at those flavors his his lips… He didn’t realize just how HUNGRY he was, after a day of swimming.
From there, he lost all inhibition, eating plate after plate of food with ravenous intensity. It was all a blur as he chewed and swallowed and rubbed his stomach… And grabbed more plates of food, of course. Soon, one cart was bare, only empty plates on it, leaving him a much more bloated dragontaur.
But he did not stop there. He dragged over the second cart and began picking it clean with wild abandon. He was well and truly lost in the haze of gluttony as he ate his way through all the 5 remaining carts… He didn’t even remember falling asleep after gorging himself completely and utterly.

“Sir, progress is going well. At over 300% now. Although we have one outlier on the upper bound...”
The grey dragon grinned as he heard the day’s report. “Really? Do tell.”
“His name is Venio Darcony. He’s quadrupled his weight since coming here, and seems very receptive to our conditioning.”
Dave leaned in closer as his secretary handed him photograph of a black, purple, and red dragontaur, laying on the beach. What a plump one, he thought, as he scanned the picture!
“I see! I think he’s going to be the first to reach target weight. So let’s make sure he stays very well fed.”
“Yessir!”

** DAY THREE **

Venio groaned and stretched, waking up slowly. What did he do last night… Oh, that’s right, he thought. He ate himself silly.
Venio rolled upright with a grunt and a push. He slowly came to realize that, if yesterday he was fat, then today he was absolutely obese! The food he had digested had made him a near blob of a dragontaur. His huge lower stomach pushed his legs apart to the point where he could only feel the bed under him if he strained and pushed his legs over his gut. His upper belly touched the ground, spilling over his sides and pushing out half a foot in front of him. His arms felt like they could hardly move under their own power, being surrounded by rings of fat. Even his tail felt plump, he thought, as he groaned loudly, feeling himself over. He had really let himself go!
He tried to get out of bed, but he found amazing difficulty. His fat sloshed and wobbled with every motion he made, straining to push himself forwards. After a minute of straining, he gave up after one step forwards, resting on his belly and sighing. He was nearly immobile!
The thoughts began to sink in. How was he going to live back at home if he couldn’t walk? How was he going to get more food? Venio thought the latter was more important, considering how his stomach was already growling. Maybe if he managed to waddle over to the phone, and…
Venio was ripped from his thoughts by a knocking on the door. “Room service!” a voice said. But he didn’t order any room service yet…
“Uhh, come in?”
The door opened, and in came a gaggle of staff workers, taking the empty carts around them and wheeling them away. One staff member, a tiger, stayed close to him as they did their work.
“As our guest, we wish to predict your needs for maximum satisfaction. Which is why we brought you breakfast, sir.”
At those words, a whole other procession of staff came in, wheeling in no less that 8 carts, all loaded with breakfast food. Venio looked on in a mix of surprise and glee as they just kept coming in. Oh, they had predicted his needs, all right… He figured a little more food couldn’t hurt his figure too much, as he reached towards the closest cart, drooling profusely.
He whined as he found he couldn’t reach the cart from his immobile position! The tiger stepped towards him and grabbed a plate from the cart. “Sir, don’t worry about that. As part of our services, we will bring the food to you.” He then brought the plate right to Venio’s lips… And tipped the plate in.
With a gargle, Venio opened his mouth, letting the heaping pile of fried eggs slip right into his maw. With a swallow and a belch, they were gone. Now THIS was service! He rumbled in enjoyment, not even needing to verbally confirm the staff’s actions as they brought another plate right to his lips… Then another… Then another.
Much like last meal, it quickly turned into a haze of nothing but eating, swallowing, and burping… Except now, Venio didn’t even need to do anything, just open his mouth for the hotel workers, who diligently shoved more into his waiting maw. As the day passed, he watched as carts were emptied, were rolled out, and were replaced with another cart, with even more food than the last stacked up on it…
After a dozen carts or so, Venio watched as they rolled an empty one out of the wide hotel door. As they did that, he saw a few more staff roll a big, wide stretcher past his room… And on it was someone that looked familiar. He could see a big mound of reddish fur, wobbling as it was carted away, and a red wolf’s snout peeking out from under it, groaning. It seems his friend there was also having his fill… Venio let out a low groan as those doors closed, leaving him to his stream of foodstuff once again.
He felt his guts get more and more full as the day of endless gluttony went on. He continued to pack his stomach impossibly tight, feeling every little movement and churn from the stuffed organs. Soon, hotel staff had to scramble up on his bloated belly to reach his mouth, getting buried in neck rolls. Venio hardly cared at that point, enjoying the fullness… The heaviness… The taste of the delicious, unending food…
It went on all day, the hours blending together for the glutinous dragontaur. Breakfast food turned into lunch food, which turned into dinner food, which turned into dessert food… All of it was one constant stream for him. He gorged and gorged, slowly feeling himself envelop the bed.
Venio was awoken from his haze by a staff worker clearing his throat. “Ahem, sir? I’m sorry to say it, but we’re in high demand. Your next course may take a few more minutes to arrive...”
His stomach rumbled and he growled. “A few minutes? But I’m starving! I want more!”
The worker began to sweat. “S-sir, please, more will be coming if you wait-”
“I CAN’T WAIT!” He roared, before snapping at the worker’s feet. With a yelp, he fell onto Venio’s upper stomach, making it wobble and slosh. The food-addled dragontaur had the worker by his feet! Feeling something in his mouth, he automatically swallowed…
The hotel worker screamed as he was pulled into Venio’s maw. Venio had a strong throat, however, and his legs were soon swallowed down, pushing into Venio’s gullet. He stretched his maw wider and wider as he began to eat the staff worker!
He was too far gone to care about the implications of eating the staff. He just gulped and ran his tongue around the worker’s middle , getting the thing into his upper stomach with ravenous speed. At first, his victim tried to flail around, but he was soon pinned, arms slowly getting sucked down into Venio’s gullet.
“Sir, what are you doing? Please don’t...”
The worker whimpered as Venio kept swallowing. Soon, only the head was left, Venio’s tongue cupping that muzzle in his mouth.
“Please, I- Mmmmph!”
His words were cut short as Venio closed his jaws around that muzzle, sealing him in his stomach with a powerful swallow. He belched, his stomach feeling even more impossibly packed, as he felt that worker squirm inside his gut.
The other hotel workers were standing there, all in pure shock at the event, which had happened so fast. With screams, they fled, leaving the door open as Venio was left to himself.
“Hey, come back here! FEED ME!” he roared… But it was no use. He was alone. Grumbling, he made himself comfortable on his belly and closed his eyes. A chorus of gurgles and groans lulled him to sleep. Hopefully he could eat more tomorrow, he thought, as he drifted off…

“Sir! Sir! We have a bit of an issue with our largest guest.”
The grey dragon looked at his secretary as she came rushing in, panting. “What’s the matter?”
“One of our staff has been… Eaten! Venio ate him!”
He grinned and chuckled. “Ah… Looks like we have a maneater on our hands.”
“Sir… Are we going to do something? This is terrible news, and-”
“No, actually. This is great news. You know how many calories are in the average person?”
“What… You can’t possibly be saying…!”
“I am saying. Tell all the staff they don’t need to bring food to our star guest anymore. Tell them to just bring... Themselves.”

** DAY FOUR **

Venio woke up to the sound of his stomach growling needily. Groaning, he tries to stretch… But his arms were heavier than lead weights! He turned his head, another difficult task, to see.
The rolls had really piled onto him after that day of nothing but eating. He couldn’t see the bed underneath him any longer, because his flab had engulfed the whole thing and then some. His arms only moved after a lot of straining and sloshing, thick with fat. His legs couldn’t feel the bed any more, only soft dragontaur pudge. His wings were tiny, lard-coated things atop the rolls of back fat. And he couldn’t even turn his head enough to see his heavy tail…
He growled as his stomach rumbled once more. He was STARVING! He wriggled as best as he could, making himself ripple, as he expressed his displeasure. “Hey! Anyone there? I’m hungry over here!!”
As if on command, he heard footfalls, becoming louder as they approached. Soon, another gaggle of hotel staff walked in, all of them looking… Slightly nervous? Venio began to drool as they approached.
“Oh, good. I’m HUNGRY. Where’s the food??”
One worker, a green-scaled dragon anthro, spoke. “Your food… Is right here, sir, so- Augh!” He didn’t have time to speak before Venio grabbed the man, knocking him over right into his hungering maw.
Venio ate him head-first, feeling him wriggle as he pinned his arms and swallowed. Within seconds, he was gone, his tail getting slurped down Venio’s well-padded gullet. At this point, another staff worked began to climb op on top of Venio’s flab.
He hungrily grabbed anyone and everyone in reach and stuffed them into his jaws. Before long, dozens of workers practically pushed themselves into his gullet, lining up to serve their colossal guest. Venio, without a thought about it, grabbed all he could and ate as fast as possible. He wanted more! More!!
He soon noticed it wasn’t only hotel staff he was eating- He was eating restaurant staff, security staff, even chauffeurs; all of them coming from all ends of the resort to help him eat. He gave a long, slow belch after he consumed a well-dressed german shepherd head-first, satisfied and yet still so hungry…
And they came. Most of them not speaking a word as they clamored up his flab to get to his hungering maw. His lower stomach creaked and groaned as it met with the impossibly high load, expanding until he felt it lightly touch the wall behind him. He felt more and more of the wall as he continued to gorge himself on the staff…
After what seemed like an eternity of swallowing people whole, he heard the noise of wheels. In his vision, only partially blocked by his cheeks, he saw a group of staff wheel in a stretcher- With a familiar red-furred blob on top of it. The red wolf was even bigger than yesterday, his sides spilling over the edges of the triple-wide stretcher. He could hear muffled moaning coming from him, and see the indents where fat-swaddled limbs lay, covered in flab. Oh, this was going to be a huge meal indeed…
They brought the red wolf right to him, wheeling that stretcher right up his flabby front. The staff grouped behind it, pushing the ball of ref fur right into Venio’s maw. He pushed a flabby roll into his mouth, and began to swallow, dragging the impossibly fat fellow excruciatingly slowly into his maw.
He had to stretch his jaws until they hurt to get this flabby meal inside him! He stretched and gulped, getting an inch in at a time, ever so slowly consuming the ball of lard. Fat squished and blorped around his head, making his world dark as he finished his bloated prey.
After what felt like hours, Venio was up to his fat-swaddled neck, consuming him chin by chin. The red wolf groaned and spoke.
“Urrrgh… Is that you...”
“Mrrrph...”
“What are you- UURRRP!- doing…?”
“Mrrrph!”
“Hey, dude, uurrp, what’s happening to- Mmmph!!”
Venio cut off the red wolf’s last words with his thick tongue, drawing his snout into his and closing his maw. With a few hard gulps, he had eaten the massive fur.
He lazily let the last few staff members feed themselves to him, dazed by that last impossibly large meal. He felt all 4 walls press against his flab now, belly stretched to it’s utter limit. As the last person in the room stuffed himself down his throat, he reflexively swallowed… And then let out a long, slow belch, rattling the walls themselves.
The pressure of all he ate was too much for the dragontaur as he sat there, the hotel now apparently empty… He quickly passed out, stomach groaning as it churned away his enormous meal.

“Do you have my report ready for me?”
The grey-scaled executive shouted into the other room. After not getting a response, he scowled and opened his office door, stalking over to the secretary’s desk.
He found her desk empty… Oh, yes. He had her sent to be Venio’s meal, he suddenly recalled. Just like everyone else working for him.
He shrugged and went for the door outside. He could hire a new secretary, he figured, as well as a new set of full resort staff. But for now… He figured he should check in with his prize hog himself.

** DAY FIVE **

Venio felt heavy, in one word. Just so impossibly heavy. He filled up the whole room, he realized, as he woke up. The room was huge, with high ceilings, but his flab pressed against all the walls and the ceiling, the pressure immense. He groaned and let out a hungry burp, rocking the entire hotel.
The place was eerily quiet. Where was all the staff? Minutes passed, and nobody came to feed him. He began to snarl and shout.
“HEY! COME HERE AND GIVE ME MORE TO EAT! I’M STARVING!”
His yelling had no effect for minutes. Was he alone…?
“Coming!”
A single voice, distant, rang through the hotel. Venio licked his lips and grinned. After a long minute, he saw a small, well-dressed figure enter into his view.
It was a grey-scaled dragon, with dark grey belly plates peeking through his suit.
“Hello! I’m Dave, and I own this lovely resort. How have you enjoyed our service?”
Venio let out a small burp of surprise. “I… I’ve enjoyed it a lot...”
“I can see that!” He chuckled and took a step closer. “I’m glad you found this an enlargening vacation, my friend.”
Venio snorted. “Can you see how hungry I am? Bring me MORE.”
Dave grinned devilishly. “Oh, I think you don’t need anything else… You’re gonna make a tasty meal for so many people, you know that?”
He gasped, soon roaring with rage. He was plumped up to be food? He refused! “WHAT?”
Dave just kept grinning. Venio then noticed the pneumatic horn-tag implanter he had in his hand. “Yessir. I’m just going to give you a number, then the butchers will haul you away. Hope you had a nice stay, and-”
Dave’s speech stopped with a yelp. Upon walking forward, trying to step up onto the dragontaur’s massive belly, he had tripped! The grey dragon tumbled head over heels onto Venio’s flab, making it wobble as he squished in… Eventually landing inches from his maw.
Venio took no time in securing himself another meal. He grabbed the grey dragon with his tongue, and pulled him in by his tail. The grey dragan struggled as he was gulped down… But by now, Venio was very experienced at eating people.
“Wait, stop! I decided! I won’t kill you!”
Venio was too hungry to care about Dave’s words, just continuing to push the dragon down his gullet. Dave soon couldn’t even flail, as his arms got pinned. He whipped his head back and forth, pleading with the immense dragontaur.
“I’ll get you more food! As much as you like! Please!”
The crooked resort owner was no match for Venio’s gluttony. Soon, only his head remained.
“Well… Heh… I hope you enjoyed… The Rolling Tides...”
After those words, Venio had enough of the grey dragon. With one more slurp, that snout was dragged into his maw, which swallowed hard, sending Dave to his fate. Venio let out a triumphant belch, and it was over.
Venio got comfortable in his feet of flab and groaned happily. He sure had enjoyed The Rolling Tides… And it looks like he had more than 5 days to relax now. This was the best vacation he ever had, he thought, as he settled down, the feelings of a small shape squirming inside him lulling him to a short nap.
