The Federation "Cowl" Bomber is a unique aircraft in the case that the Tail rudder is inverted, meaning the tail is downward rather then upward. This configuration has proved to be very useful at low-level bombing or flying at slow speeds.

Four 20mm machine guns keep fighters away from this craft until it drops it's payload on it's terrified target. It can be used for dropping TacWMDs or for general Carpet Bombing.
