Came up with this. I hope it comes across okay, but if it doesn't: my main fears, among other things, are change, failure, and the future.
The left side is a young girl who is an aspiring idol--the right side is the same girl, now an old homeless woman in rags, blind, dirty and bloodied, and on the streets.
