You seem to have managed to get better contrast out of the image than I did, you must have made different timing choices... (Unstabilized shot from '15: http://i.imgur.com/UdPqXZ9.jpg )

  I amped up the contrast a bit in lightroom to accentuate the slight eclipse we were getting, but my settings were:
  
  f/11, 1/250sec exposure, ISO200, shooting at 400mm.
  
  Really gotta get myself a 400, 500, or 600mm lens one of these days to pop the 2x teleconverter on.
