on dyson, because the main job type is "adventurer" which is basically a bounty hunter, mercenary, explorer (aka the player in a RPG) the more highly sot after bounties must be earned with various types of challenges and contests
this rages from arena combat to court behavior. and adventurer may find him/herself in a situation were brute force is not the best option so being able to comport themselves accordingly is important. now shesheik still hates "fancy" dresses but she doe love "sexy" dresses
