I bet you didn't know Hanzer wasn't always a good guy.
Before he melted his brain and other insides and became an amnesia suffering kindred spirit, he was in a steam/dieselpunk world.

And he wasn't a sweetyboo!

Before the alchemy accident, his colors were different, showing a charcoal and white coat with rust colored stripes and orange eyes.

And he was a smuggler and raider in the wasteland, a mechanic gearhead with a mind for big scary automotives and big explosions. (It always looks bigger when you're four feet tall!)
