Where in California is Basil the ferret?

GuineaPigDan

Memo from the California Natural Resources Agency, Department of fish and wildlife
"BASIL THE FERRET"
Age: unknown, Height: 3 feet, 6 inches, Weight: 40 lbs. Yellowish fur with a brown mask and brown rings on his wrists and tail, and blue eyes.
Ferrets (mustela putorius furo) are a restricted species within the state of California, due to the risk they pose to the eco-system. Basil has illegally snuck into our state, and must be contained and removed. Ferret habitats are usually underground such as tunnels dug by prairie dogs. It is speculated that Basil may have taken refuge in one of these burrows. If seen, report Basil to your local California wildlife board or animal control.
