Peter got to meet a Keyblade wielder at Fanime! Garfield asked if he could borrow one of those keyblades so he could unlock any refrigerator he comes across, but the hooded figure said no. Since the cosplayer's face wasn't visible, I wasn't sure if they were supposed to be the Master of Masters or an Organization XIII member. Since the Keyblades they have are Oathkeeper and Oblivion, I'm guessing they're supposed to be a hooded Roxas. I dunno. I'm not a Kingdom Hearts expert like my friend KeybladeRaccoon is.
