Zak really likes wearing sandals, while Peter prefers going shoeless. I thought they'd make an odd couple being next to each other. This is based on a Sonic and Garfield game compilation pack, which included the PC ports of Sonic 3 and Knuckles and Garfield Caught in the Act. I thought it'd be appropriate since Backlash is a Sonic fan and I'm a Garfield fan.
