You have very good commentary about the school system in U.S. (not that I know it personally.. But damn, if this is real , it's the worst.)

Reminds me of my middle school algebra teacher. At the beginning of the intermediate course, he said that all numbers we'll ever encounter will be real numbers. I asked "what about imaginary numbers?" and he acted surprised and worried, as if I was spilling government secrets.
