Meet Jackie the Sylveon!
In case you couldn't tell by the little snapshot conversation, he's probably the most chill Pokemon to be caught padding up.
The character design was inspired by none other then my watchers on dA/FA, but his personality is something of my own.
His voice is naturally in the high tenor range, but he's trained it to sound more effeminate through the years, unlike Aero, who just naturally sounds like a girl.
Unlike a lot of people, he's very casual and open about his interests and identity, but despite this, he follows the "You didn't ask" method, where he won't explicitly state anything unless confronted with a question.
I have a lot more of his personality thought up, but at the time of writing this, I stiiill haven't had a chance to do anything with this character, which sucks a lot, but hey.
