I still love the hell out of OFF, and this pic is also from when I did my first playthrough. I think it was one of my first attempts at using less bold and more pencil like brushes.

For those that don't know, OFF is a surreal game, with a completely awesome world with interesting beings inhabiting it. There are these "elsen" people that are and look almost human, but when they get too stressed they become "burnt" and agressive and all body horrirish, I inspired myself on that to make this.
