This poem is meant to open the boundaries and allow for an introspection, an insight at the venomous, self-destructive potential the society we built, and we allowed to be built, has. A society where the plebs are ruled by the patricians not through fear or oppression, but through manipulation of their general idiocy and passiveness.
Answer my inquiry, please, dearest readers, what do you think? Does a slave who refuses to fight for his freedom and gives it up, charmed by the distractions of his master deserve his slavery?

Always room for a struggle for perfection, I admit, but here, I aimed for something simple.
