Background: Stephen Pointer is a veteran police inspector of Interpol, whose job is track down and apprehend the international thief, Reynard. For three generations, Pointer’s family have sought to capture Reynard and still have yet to succeed. Inspector Pointer has followed Reynard all over the world, setting traps to finally apprehend him, only to have these traps thwarted and to be mocked by Reynard as he runs off into the night with his ill-gotten gain. Pointer has a very short fuse and can become very angered when someone mentions how he has been defeated by Reynard.
Det. Alexandra Katic

Background: Alexandra Katic is a junior detective of Interpol. She was recently stationed as Inspector Pointer’s partner on the Reynard case. She tries to assist him in any way she can even in his plans to capture Reynard. However the former is not easy as Pointer’s ego will get in the way and cause him disregard any suggestions for alterations to his plan or hear her idea then five seconds later it will register and he’ll claim it was his idea. Secretly, Katic is a bit of a Reynard fan girl. She like several other women across the globe, is attracted to Reynard and has developed a small crush on him. She will occasionally corner Reynard, having him death to rights, and will easily swoon when he flirts with her, allowing him to escape.

These two characters will be in the chapters involving Reynard. Pointer is the Zanigata to Reynard's Lupin. He's obsessed with capturing Reynard as I have said above in his bio. Detective Katic is kinda like Julia from Psych and Carmelita Fox from Sly Cooper. Sort of a middle ground between the two characters. Enjoy these two.
