Oh man oh man oh man I cannot even begin to say how much I love this commission from Jennadelle! I'm a huge fan of her art and she's always such a pleasure to work with every time I've commissioned her! A while back she had sent me a list of ideas for Mala art based on some personal interests I gave her. One was "Mala in a tree with some sort of prey species" and I really wanted to do it (though at the time I passed so she could do the Mala/lion gladiator battle one). So when she came back from hiatus, I jumped on the chance to have this done! I asked her if she could do it as a night-time scene, with the glowy eyes like she had been caught by a camera or something. It came out absolutely stunning and I love it to pieces! Definitely the most badass picture of Mala I own haha
