Been working on this on and off for a little bit. Some of ya'll might've seen the wip version of this a little while back. Finally managed to finish it today.

I guess you can call this the 'rule 63' version of Zarc, but if anything he's sorta a representation of the more serious side to my personality, while Zarc usually represents the more enthusiastic upbeat side. If that makes any sense, heh.

So yeah, anywho, hope ya'll like. Might try to draw up a full bodied version of him on my spare time, but I think for now I did alright.
