For those wondering so did I make some commissions with my alt fursona Roy being heavily pregnant (yes, I think male pregnancy is kind of cute, but not on humans). And to be honest so wasn't Shadowguy24 the first one to ask how he got pregnant.
So this is my official answer to how he got pregnant.

No, he's not gonna stay pregnant forever as I want to do more with him than just being pregnant (seriously, you want especially your fursona to be flexible).
And what's he gonna do with the pups when they are born? As Doctor Whiplash said so were there several women who awaited to have children, so he's gonna let them adopt his children.
Even though he somehow became more popular around women when he was pregnant so does he hope that he doesn't become pregnant again. Not that he didn't get used and felt comfortable with growing life inside him. It's more about responsibility.
