Unfortunately Weasyl is still a pretty quiet place compared to other sites so I don't really even except to get comments here haha.
And for hands all I can say is practice practice! I used to do the "hide hands behind something so I don't have to draw them" thing but that just made the problem worse haha. So I just started drawing a lot of hands to get better, eventually your brain starts to remember how they are supposed to look and drawing them gets easier. Also (photo) references are really helpful. My phone is full of random photos of my hands because I use them as a reference when I can't get a hand to look right :D
