They Are Created When Corruption Comes Into Contact With Skeletal Remains, And Seem To Be Made Of Smoke And Shadows
They Also Noticeably, Have A Maw Filled With Many Tentacle-like Things

Despite Their Origins, And Somewhat Unpredictable Nature At Times
Corrupted Are Often Docile, And Friendly, Unless Provoked With Violence
They Are Also Quite Capable Of Friendly Vore...
